Fay and I called on Jan today. It was pretty special because their 3 daughters, Selina, Jenny and Emily were there when we called in at Selina's place in Gerringong.
Jan has finally been diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. She goes in next week for treatment next week. Think her chemo treatment is 1 day per fortnight for about 14 weeks.

We all wish Jan a speedy recovery. It'll obviously take a while, but they are quite positive and we both thought Jan was actually in good spirits. Go Smarties!!

Thanks for the update on Jan, Grahame. Have been thinking about them since we came back from our van adventure. Their lifetime of love will surely help them face yet another of life's challenges. Jim and Jan, your place on Melbourne cup day 09 was a welcoming cool haven in a searing heatwave. Thanks for the invite and have a relaxing Christmas. love Bernie and Janice Fitzpatrick.
